Sizzlin’ September Concert 2014

Attention Meredith Alumnae!   Campus Activities Board presents…


THE CAB along with opener D.Veloped, will be performing live at the Meredith College Amphitheater on Friday, September 5th. Gates open at 7pm and the concert starts at 8pm. Dorton Arena is the rain site.  This concert is the tenth anniversary of the Sizzlin’ September Concert so please help us celebrate.

Free alumnae tickets are available on the evening of the concert.  Each alumna is entitled to one free ticket for herself and one free guest ticket.  There is no need to come to Meredith ahead of time to get your free ticket(s).  To receive your ticket(s), come to the Ticket Sales Tent on the evening of the concert and tell us that you are an Alum.  Alumnae tickets are non-transferable.

Also, public tickets for $8 are available on-line at  However, $8 Public tickets also may be purchased at the Concert (with cash or checks payable to Meredith College).

Other Information about the Concert:

  • No alcohol or outside food/drink is permitted at the concert. Food will be available for purchase during the concert.
  • Traffic will enter from Hillsborough St.
  • Do not bring backpacks, large purses, or coolers – just bring any cash to purchase food and drinks at the concert, and a blanket (if you want to bring one).
  • Items brought through the gate are subject to search by Campus Police.
