If you’re like me, you have several special Valentines in your life…your sweetheart, your children, your parents, sisters, brothers, best friends and others who make your life generally….well..sweeter! Sweetheart is defined as a “term of endearment”, and while my family and friends make up the bulk of my ‘sweethearts’, I also count Meredith among them!
For Meredith will always have a special, endearing place in my life; a place that gave me wonderful friendships, a once in a lifetime learning experience and the chance to grow and mature in a way that made me unafraid to take risks later on in life.
So, this year, as you buy your valentines a card or box of candy, don’t forget to give Meredith a little valentine too, preferably with a little special something included.
