I agree, I think it’s a “staged” snowball fight.
The building was indeed beautiful. Part of the original campus of Baptist Female University, it was called simply Main Building. A. G. Bauer designed it as well as the Governor’s Mansion, which thankfully is still standing. In fact, the two occupied adjacent blocks downtown. In 1926, when Meredith moved to the present location, Main Building became a hotel, later State government offices, and in 1967, was declared unsafe and demolished. Now it’s a parking lot.
It appears to be a snowball fight!
